Please measure your dog and choose the appropriate t-shirt size. Please use our "Typical Breeds" list as a general guideline, but remember that even dogs of the same breed come in various sizes. We highly recommend that you first refer to the illustration below. This will help you determine how to measure your pet.

For an accurate gauge of size please use a measuring tape and mark the measurement of the dog's neck, chest, and back.

1. Chest: Measure comfortably all the way around your dog's chest, directly behind the front legs and around the back. This is normally the most important measurement for clothing. If it is too small, it will not fit, if it is too big, your pooch might get caught in it and not walk comfortably.
2. Back: Length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Use this more as a guide to how low your shirt or dress will be on your dog's back.
3. Neck: Measure comfortably the entire distance around the neck. If a separate sizing chart exists on the same page as your item, please refer to that chart for better accuracy.
