Web Designer
We are seeking a web designer with graphic skills who can help enhance and expand the online design of MyHollywoodPets.com. You need to have strong experience as a Web Designer focused on User Interfaces and improved the user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience of web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, AJAX, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot across various platforms and browsers.
• Expert user of design-focused desktop software (Adobe).
• Experience in graphic design, website development/maintenance, and video production.
• Strong belief in writing clean and efficient code.
• Background in SEO.
• Proven time management/prioritizing abilities.
• Understanding of current design trends.
• Highly motivated, ability to work independently and cooperatively.
• Fast/dedicated/detail-oriented.

Customer Service Representative
We love our customers and want to provide the best possible support to them. If you love making people and pets happy, this may be the role for you. We are looking for a customer service representative to handle incoming orders, resolve customer problems, and generally be the customer advocate within our organization.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years of customer service experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience handling customer calls and dealing with conflict.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and customer service tracking systems.
